The absence of student without leave for any single period would result in the loss of attendance for the whole session.

A student, who needs leave, shall apply in prescribed form to the principal with prior permission and signature of the respective Head of the Department. After sanctioning, the leave letter should be submitted to Authorized Person.

Leave applied for on medical ground should be accompanied by a medical certificate.

On absence of 15 consecutive working days without leave application the student will automatically be removed from the rolls of the college.

Shortage of attendance shall not be recommended for condonation.

The certificate of attendance and progress report required for admission to the university examination will be granted only if a student has more than 90% of attendance in the theory classes and 90% attendance in the practicals & clinicals.
